This statement explains how HOGIAF, located at Kabelweg 57, 1014 BA Amsterdam and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 24397183, processes personal data through hogiaf.nl.

Data we process

• Forms: name, email address, telephone number, company details and the contents of your request.
• Statistics: anonymised visitor statistics, only with your consent.

Purpose and processors

We use the data only to handle your request, administer membership, share association updates and improve the website. We do not sell personal data. Hostinger provides hosting, Web3Forms forwards submissions to info@hogiaf.nl, and Google Analytics is loaded only after consent.

Retention and your rights

Submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Membership administration is retained for the applicable seven-year fiscal period. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object by emailing info@hogiaf.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
