In cooperation with expert partners, HOGIAF regularly organizes courses and seminars to share knowledge and professionalism with the entrepreneurs. These activities, which HOGIAF considers significant, are focused on specific themes and challenges that entrepreneurs encounter in practice. In addition, HOGIAF provides one-to-one supervision service for the entrepreneurs. Short term researches are conducted to determine the current potential and to optimize it as well.
The second part of the HOGIAF Academy is the research group of Cross-Cultural Entrepreneurship, which was initiated by HOGIAF ans was established in collaboration with Inholland University. We want to gain more insight into the potential of more than 100.000 entrepreneurs, who do not have a Dutch origin, for the Dutch economy through surveys. We will examine how this potential can be maximized later. Furthermore, we will conduct researches on the investment opportunities for Dutch entrepreneurs in the ethnic markets within the Netherlands and abroad.

The HOGIAF Academy is planning to do researches and develop teaching materials and methods so that entrepreneurs can use the cross-cultural potential within the framework of the above mentioned priorities.
